1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Eidon Edge (“Service”), operated by Eidon Edge (“Company”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Eidon Edge is a sports analytics and statistical research platform that provides pattern detection and historical data analysis for Major League Baseball (MLB). The Service includes:

• Access to proprietary statistical pattern detection based on historical MLB data
• Historical performance metrics and trend analysis
• Data visualization and analytical tools
• Subscription-based access to premium analytical features

The Service is an informational and educational tool. Eidon Edge provides statistical analysis and historical data. We do not provide predictions, forecasts, or advice on the outcome of any sporting event.

3. Important Disclaimers

3.1 Informational Purpose Only

THE SERVICE IS STRICTLY AN ANALYTICS AND INFORMATION PLATFORM. All content, data, statistical patterns, signals, and analysis provided through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only. The Service does not:

• Provide advice, recommendations, or suggestions to place wagers of any kind
• Predict or guarantee outcomes of sporting events
• Operate as, or in connection with, any sportsbook, bookmaker, or wagering platform
• Accept, process, or facilitate wagers or financial transactions related to sporting events
• Endorse, promote, or encourage wagering or gambling activity

3.2 No Guarantee of Outcomes

Historical statistical patterns and accuracy metrics reflect past performance based on historical data analysis. Past performance is not indicative of future results. All statistical data is presented as historical analysis and should not be interpreted as a prediction or forecast of future events. Sports events are inherently unpredictable and influenced by factors beyond statistical measurement.

3.3 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use the analytical information provided by the Service. The Company assumes no responsibility for any decisions you make based on information accessed through the Service.

3.4 Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any information obtained through the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

3.5 Not Financial or Professional Advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or professional consulting. Eidon Edge is not a licensed financial advisor, broker, or consultant.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to create an account and use the Service.

4.2 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.3 One Account Per User

Each user may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limitations is prohibited.

4.4 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@eidonedge.com.

5. Subscription Plans and Payment

5.1 Plans

The Service offers the following subscription tiers:

• FREE: Limited access to select analytical patterns at no cost
• EDGE: Full access to all analytical patterns and features for a monthly subscription fee
• Additional tiers may be introduced in the future

5.2 Payment Processing

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method at the applicable subscription rate.

5.3 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following the notice period.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@eidonedge.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until the end of the paid period.

5.5 Refunds

All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@eidonedge.com within 7 days of the charge.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, redistribute, or publicly display Service data, patterns, or analytical content
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without prior written authorization
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, deconstruct, or extract the underlying algorithms, pattern criteria, or analytical methodology
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription requirements
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose in your jurisdiction
• Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the Service, its servers, or connected networks
• Misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Frame or mirror any part of the Service on any other platform or website
• Use Service content to create a competing product or service

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, statistical pattern methodology, pattern criteria, analytical models, design elements, trademarks, logos, and content, is the exclusive property of Eidon Edge and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The pattern detection methodology and specific pattern criteria are proprietary trade secrets.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service strictly for your personal, non-commercial informational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

7.3 Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the Service. You may not use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction methods on the Service content.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services including:

• Stripe for payment processing
• Google for authentication (optional)

Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party service availability, performance, or terms.

10. Data Sources

The Service utilizes publicly available MLB statistical data for its analysis. Eidon Edge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Major League Baseball (MLB), any MLB team, or any official MLB data provider. All team names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational reference only.

11. Service Availability

11.1 No Guaranteed Uptime

We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

11.2 Seasonal Nature

The Service's analytical features are designed around the MLB regular season schedule. Pattern detection capabilities may vary based on available data, particularly early in the season when statistical sample sizes are smaller.

11.3 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice when possible for material changes.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
• WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
• WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT STATISTICAL PATTERNS WILL CONTINUE TO PERFORM IN LINE WITH HISTORICAL DATA
• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE
• OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSSES, DAMAGES, OR CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM HOW YOU INTERPRET OR ACT UPON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eidon Edge, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any claim that your use of Service data infringed or violated the rights of a third party

14. Termination

14.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@eidonedge.com or through your account settings.

14.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. We will provide notice when practicable.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification) will remain in effect.

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at support@eidonedge.com to attempt to resolve the matter informally within 30 days.

15.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.3 Jurisdiction

Any disputes not resolved informally shall be submitted to the competent courts in Mexico.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least 15 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may terminate your account.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eidon Edge regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
